The Australian National Triathlon Championships Series

This is a premier series of races for Triathlon Australia members who aim to compete for ITU points at the Elite level or to become the National Series Champion of each age group.  

The series consists of three high quality races for Elite athletes, offering significant prizemoney, ITU ranking points and live television coverage. 

In conjunction with the Elite races, the Series also provides three Olympic distance races for age group annual members wishing to compete for points to determine the National Series Champion in each age group.  Members accrue points from each race, and the culmination of all points over the 3 races will result in a ranking which decides the Series Champions. Points accrued during the series will also contribute to qualification for the 2012 Australian Age Group team at the Triathlon Sprint and Olympic Distance World Championships.
