The Junior Development Program (JDP) supports the great work that junior coaches Corey Bacon, Megan Hall and James Thorp do in their respective clubs in the Canberra region. The program provides opportunities that aren't usually available in a daily training environment. The 2019-2020 JDP will not have regular training sessions. The program includes:
- Minimum 4x Athlete Workshops, which are open to all Youth, Juniors, U23 and Elite athletes
- Triathlon ACT Pathways Program Trisuits & Polos for those athletes who will be competing in the Australian Junior Triathlon Series and National Championships and Australian U23 Series and National Championships) - Athlete sizing and orders completed in September 2019.
- Support for ACT coaches selected for the Triathlon Australia National Development Camp
