We recognise that the unprecedented changes in the world have had a huge impact on the triathlon community. We want athletes to get something positive during this period, so we are offering a Free 28-Day Challenge for athletes to complete at home. What can you expect if you take up the challenge?

A STRONGER CORE


Every exercise in the program is designed to teach you how to:
- Engage your core properly
- Strengthen your core
- Teach you how to effectively engage your core during your everyday life and during your training and racing.

IMPROVED TECHNIQUE


The Pilates For Sports program is designed to:
- Make you aware of your current technique
- Teach you about good form
- Use Pilates and core strength to improve your technique so that you can produce more power with less pain and less likelihood of injury

A CHANCE TO OVERCOME INJURY


Many injuries are the result of poor movement patterns, a weak core and unbalanced muscles. This 28-Day Challenge will give you a chance to:
- Improve your technique
- Strengthen your core
- Restore muscle balance and strength to your body
- This leads to reduced pain and injury.

The amount of time we all spend sitting on devices these days takes a huge toll on our body. The outcome of poor posture is tight necks and shoulders, sore lower back, knee and hip pain. The Pilates For Sports program will not only improve your sporting performance but will also give your body a better overall sense of well being.

The 28-Day Challenge is 100% online and no equipment is required so it can be done at home. It is offered at no cost, so everyone can enjoy the many benefits that Pilates For Sports can provide.
