Note to Race Directors
All Race Directors (both commercial and club based) are requested to submit sanctioning documents to phil.dally@trinsw.org.au AND johnstri46@hotmail.com , no later than 28 days prior to the event date, who will then distribute it to the appropriate member(s) of the Technical Committee.
We encourage Race Directors and Clubs to submit forms electronically to speed up the sanctioning process.

To alleviate the work load associated with the sanctioning requirements for events, respective members of the TriNSW Technical Committee are now endorsed to approve sanctioning of events in NSW, following review of applicable sanctioning documents in the areas below:

Note to Clubs
Clubs are further reminded that all club races must be sanctioned for the protection of the Club and its Members.
A fee is only applicable if more than 150 competitors are involved in the Club event.
