Note to Race Directors
All Race Directors (both commercial and club based) are requested to submit sanctioning documents to firstname.lastname@example.org AND email@example.com , no later than 28 days prior to the event date, who will then distribute it to the appropriate member(s) of the Technical Committee.
We encourage Race Directors and Clubs to submit forms electronically to speed up the sanctioning process.
All forms are available for downloading from this page of the website (see below) and should be sent to:

Note to Clubs
Clubs are further reminded that all club races must be sanctioned for the protection of the Club and its Members.
A fee is only applicable if more than 150 competitors are involved in the Club event.
Clubs need to follow these instructions for collection and payment of any One Day Membership fees collected from their races. You do not need to complete Form 4 below.
We encourage race directors to keep an incident log at all events in the case of any emergency situation. Incident Report
