Entering a team is a fantastic option to be involved in the event if you are not quite crazy enough to do it all by yourself! Teams of 2 or 3 are welcome and are a fun way to take part with friends - either old friends or people you've just met. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you are an individual interested in participating in a team or you are team needing an extra member.
If you would like to be involved but are not keen to get too sweaty, then volunteering might be the role for you!
We are always keen to have volunteers on board and there are a variety of roles including set-up, registration, body-marking, marshalling, water stations, finish line and food & drinks.
If you are competing and have friends or family coming along to support you, please encourage them to take on a volunteering role. It really is a rewarding experience and without our volunteers these events would not be possible.
