For ages 7-9 (DOB 2012-2010) 
500m run - 100m swim - 500m run

For ages 10-11 (DOB 2009-2008) 
1km run - 200m swim - 1km run

For ages 12-13 (DOB 2007-2006) 
300m swim - 10km cycle - 2.5km run

For ages 14-15 (DOB 2005-2004) 
500m swim - 15km cycle - 4km run

For ages 16-18 (DOB 2003-2001) 
750m swim - 20km cycle - 5km run





^Active Triathlon Australia (TA) members receive a discount for being a member of the association. The additional cost for NON TA members includes the One Day Membership Fee which provides your insurance for the race.

Athletes must note their disability in the nomination process and we will be in contact to ensure our race conditions are adaptable. 

Athlete classifications, wave sizes and triathlon experience will determine whether there will be specific AWD waves, otherwise athletes will race in their age categories. 

Triathlon Australia Membership

Every athlete is required to hold a valid membership to Triathlon Australia in order to participate in the event.

Annual Members – If you hold a valid annual membership to Triathlon Australia for the 2019/2020 season please ensure you enter your membership number at the time of entry.

One Day Members (ODM) – Athletes who are not annual members of Triathlon Australia will need to purchase the Non TA race entry at an additional cost which includes the One Day Membership Fee and provides athlete insurance coverage for the race.
