The CHAMPION SCHOOL TROPHY is back up for grabs at this year's All Schools Triathlon.  

Points will be allocated in each category and the trophy will be presented following the Triathlon events. 

Rankings will be awarded points as follows: 

1st = 15 pts
2nd = 14 pts 
3rd = 13 pts 
4th = 12 pts
5th = 11 pts
6th = 10 pts 
7th = 9 pts
8th = 8 pts 
9th = 7 pts
10th = 6 pts 
11th = 5 pts 
12th = 4 pts 
13th = 3 pts 
14th = 2 pts 
15th = 1 pts 

Each athlete will earn 1 participation point for their school. 

Plus, each school will be awarded performance points for their top 2 athletes in each category. 

For example, if Brisbane State School has an athlete finish in first, eighth and ninth, they would earn 15 + 8 pts – no points for the ninth position.

ABOUT QUEENSLAND SCHOOL SPORT SELECTION

 Some Regions use All Schools Triathlon is a selection race for the Queensland School State Triathlon Championships. All categories are selection races except the 'Kids Aquathlon' (7-9 years). Selection is based on the school region of the school that the athlete will be attending in 2019. 

Please contact your Regional School Sport office for information on their selection event and policies.
