Competitors aged 14 years who are entered in the Springfield Sprint Duathlon will be exempt from the rule 13.3.C

Triathlon Australia’s Race Competition Rules have changed for the 2016/17 season. For all events with a cycling distance up to and including the standard distance, the bicycle draft zone is now a distance of 10m. This now lines our rules up with the ITU rules on drafting distances. Please try to remember this on course at the Greater Springfield Duathlon.
