Official Athlete Guide

Please read the Athlete Guide booklet prior to the race to familiarise yourself with important information regarding the event. Athletes will not receive a hard copy of the competitor booklet.

Teams Information

Each member of the team will complete one leg of the triathlon (swim, bike or run), in a relay format. The team will have one timing chip which is passed between team members after each leg of the triathlon.The combined time is used to determine the winning team.

Teams can be made up of 2 to 3 people. In a team of 2, one team member will complete two legs of the triathlon. Team categories - all teams will race in one category including Male, Female and Mixed teams.

Team Check In

One team member can check the whole team in and collect the team's registration kit and packs. Your race kit will include: race number (worn by the runner), bike and helmet number sticker. ID wrist band (one for each team member), swim cap, timing chip and rego pack for each team member.

As a Triathlon Australia sanctioned event, Triathlon Australia Race Competition Rules apply. We strongly encourage all athletes to read the rules and adhere to them. It is the athlete's responsibility to be aware of the rules of the event.
