Community Duathlon

Location: Luke Harrop Crit Track - Gold Coast Performance Centre

Event Details:
The Community Duathlon is an opportunity for first time athletes to compete in a relaxed racing environment. With Sprint, Enticer and Kids distance offered, there is a race for all abilities. We hope this events boosts participant's confidence to tackle the season. 

Schedule:
7.30AM - Registration opens
8.00AM - Sprint distance start*
9.00AM - Enticer distance start*
9.30AM - Kids distance start*
10.00AM - Finish

Distances: 
Sprint - 5km Run / 20km Ride / 2.5km Run (14+^)
Enticer - 2km Run / 10km Ride / 1km Run (12+^)
Kids - 500m Run / 2km Ride / 250m Run (7+^) 

Cost:
$25 - Sprint distance 
$20 - Enticer distance
$15 - Kids distance

* Athletes must have registered and setup in transition with their equipment 10 minutes before their race start
^ Ages as at 31 December 2022
