In just a couple of hours, the ITU World Triathlon Grand Final will kick off.  The technical course, dismal weather (15C maximum temperature, with a couple of thunderstorms predicted) and the high calibre of competitors will mean our Australian athletes will need on form their whole race.

From 5pm tonight (Friday), our Elite Paratriathetes take the start line, followed by the Open Paratriathlon category, Junior Women and Under 23 Men.

Free finish line livestream will be available through triathlonlive.tv and the ITU will be covering the action on Twitter @triathlonlive
