COURSE INFORMATION:
Long Course: 5km run, 20km bike, 2.5km run
Short Course: 2.5km run, 10km bike, 1.25km run
Kids Course: (approx) 500m run, 2km bike, 500m run
General Information:
All applicants must complete the online application form in full, pay the nominated fee and agree to the participant agreement before their entry is accepted. Triathlon SA has the right to refuse any entry to any event within the Winter Duathlon Series.
Note: Your age for entry is your age at 31st December 2019. If you would like confirmation of the correct age group please call the TriSA team on (08) 8363 9133.
Entry fees & registrations are non-transferable from one competitor to another. It is forbidden to participate in an event under another competitor’s registration without notifying the organisers and following the change-of-competitor protocols. Competitors that do not obey this rule waive all insurance coverage & put other competitors at risk.
Prizes:
ALL COMPETITORS RECEIVE A FINISHERS MEDAL
Long Course: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place medal in each 5 year age category.
Short Course: 1st place medal in each 5 year age category
Kids Race: all participants receive a finishers medal. This event is untimed.
Place-getter medals awarded at this event are "event awards" and all participants are eligible to win. The "State Championship" awards are limited to members of Triathlon South Australia and are awarded at our annual awards ceremony based on results of the above mentioned Duathlon held on September 8th 2019.

Incomplete entries or declined payment transactions may incur additional administrative fees.
Triathlon Australia Members
All Triathlon Australia members must include their licence numbers when registering or they will be charged the non-member fee.
Method of Entry:
Race entry is via secure online registration only. Faxed, phone or email entries will not be accepted.
Late Entry Limitations:
In the case of total event sell out, late entries will not be available and no prior warning will be directly issued. A notification will appear on the event website and on the TriSA Facebook page.
Closing Dates:
On-time entry closes at 11:59pm, Thursday the week of each event. Late entries will be taken on the day. There will be a late fee charge.
Refunds Requests / Cancellation Fees:
All entry fees are non-refundable after 5pm two weeks prior to each race week end. Withdrawals from the event prior to two weeks from the event will be refunded the full entry fee, minus a $20 administration fee.

Cancellation Policy:
The organisers reserve the right to alter the advertised course, to postpone, reschedule or cancel the event if conditions warrant it or otherwise at the organisers sole discretion, including for the following reasons: if natural or man-made emergencies make administering the event unreasonable due to adverse weather conditions, natural disaster, acts of god, terrorism, war or any other reason that may effect the safety of participants, organisers and spectators (at the organisers sole discretion). In the event of a cancellation, Triathlon SA will credit entry to another race, or in the event this is not possible, will discuss options with the entrant.
