2022 Winter Duathlons

The 2022 Triathlon South Australia Winter Duathlon Series consists of 3 events. 

ONLINE ENTRY for each race or the whole series can be completed by clicking the image above or by clicking the link < HERE > 

Late entry is available between 7:00am and 7:45am race morning UNLESS THE EVENT IS SOLD OUT. Payments including the late entry fee are payable via either cash or EFTPOS.

NOTE: minor course changes may be implemented on race morning due to environmental and safety factors. 

COVID SMART RACING 

Triathlon Australia and its member states have developed and will comply with the framework for running events during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Triathlon Australia will be announcing any changes to transition layouts, start parameters and other areas within the framework that works to maximise the safety of our community. In summary, Triathlon SA's COVID SMART management is 

• social distancing 
• no water stations on the run course 
• closed bottles of water at recovery 
• hand sanitation stations present in event hub 
• reduction in "cluster formation" of event hub and recovery area to support social distancing 
• no hanging medals around necks at presentation 
  
• pre-packed competitor packs to be collected by individuals 
  

GENERAL

All applicants must complete the online application form in full, pay the nominated fee and agree to the participant agreement before their entry is accepted. Triathlon SA has the right to refuse any entry to any event within the Winter Duathlon Series.

Note: Your age for entry is your age at 31st December 2022. If you would like confirmation of the correct age group please call the TriSA team on (08) 8363 9133.

Entry fees & registrations are non-transferable from one competitor to another. It is forbidden to participate in an event under another competitor’s registration without notifying the organisers and following the change-of-competitor protocols. Competitors that do not obey this rule waive all insurance coverage & put other competitors at risk.

TRIATHLON AUSTRALIA MEMBERS

All Triathlon Australia members must include their licence numbers when registering or they will be charged the non-member fee.

METHOD OF ENTRY

Race entry is via secure online registration only. Faxed, phone or email entries will not be accepted.

LATE ENTRY LIMITATIONS

If our event reaches capacity, we will advertise that the event is sold out. In the event that the event does not sell out, late entry is available payable on the day accompanying the late entry administration fee of $10.00 

CLOSING DATE

Online entry closes at 11:59pm, Wednesday the week of each event.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATION FEES

All entry fees are non-refundable after 5pm one week prior to each race week end. Withdrawals from the event prior to one week from the event will be refunded the full entry fee, minus a $20 administration fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The organisers reserve the right to alter the advertised course, to postpone, reschedule or cancel the event if conditions warrant it or otherwise at the organisers sole discretion, including for the following reasons: if natural or man-made emergencies make administering the event unreasonable due to adverse weather conditions, natural disaster, acts of god, terrorism, war or any other reason that may effect the safety of participants, organisers and spectators (at the organisers sole discretion). In the event of a cancellation, Triathlon SA will credit entry to another race, or in the event this is not possible, will discuss options with the entrant.
