Triathlon South Australia (TriSA) is proud to bring you the experts to help guide you in this area to allow you to increase your running mileage while managing the overall training load and preventing Injury.
Triathlon SA partners, The Biomechanics Lab & Joggers World are providing an "Online Workshop" to go over the following topics;
- Managing Training Load & injury Prevention
- Shoe Rotation
- Training Variety; terrain, distance and time
The Workshop will be held Tuesday the 5th of May at 7:00pm via Zoom.
