Triathlon Victoria is looking for accredited triathlon coaches to become TRI2gether ‘ambassadors’.

Ambassadors are fully supported with curriculum, resources, marketing, etc and act in an ‘on the ground’ role which focuses on:

• Delivering the TRI2gether program and TRI2gether events
• Supporting teachers to deliver the TRI2gether program and enhancing the capability and capacity of schools to embed triathlon into their curriculum or extra-curricular program
• Contributing to the ongoing development of TRI2gether through sharing experiences, refining content, considering new approaches, etc.
• Promoting ongoing participation in triathlon by linking participation to events.

TRI2gether is a Triathlon Victoria program targeting secondary school students. Aligning to the changing sporting landscape, TRI2gether moves beyond traditional sport to offer the unique multisport challenge. Whilst the program builds fundamental skills in swim, bike, run, it more importantly builds confidence through goal-setting and personal achievement. Student’s completing TRI2gether report an increased commitment to physical activity, positive attitudes to new pursuits and that fund and friendship are the greatest motivators.
