Are you not shown in the Finder? Make sure you have met all the requirements to be visible

  • Hold a current Basic, Standard or Premium Membership
  • Hold a current Coach add-on
  • Hold a current Coach Accreditation Credential in JustGo
  • Have a valid current First Aid and CPR Credential in JustGo
  • Have a valid current Working with Children Check Credential
  • Have opted in to the finder in your JustGo profile

If all the above are met, your profile will be visible based on the information you have set in the Coach Finder section of your JustGo profile.
