Swim (750m) will be in a 50m pool, wave starts and limits on numbers in lanes will be used to manage all athletes getting on course.Transition will be on the grounds of the pool on a grassed area.Run (5km) will be a 2 x laps of a 2.5km out and back course on pedestrian paths.A short distance will be offered as well, appropriate swimming laps and 1 x lap of the run course.
