AusTriathlon State Pathway Program
Our State Pathway Program (SPP) strives to provide athletes with unique development opportunities that seamlessly integrate with and enhance their home training environments, while fostering a team atmosphere that promotes camaraderie, pride, and shared achievement.
What’s involved?
Athletes selected to the State Pathway Program (SPP) will have access to:
- A variety of masterclasses and clinics throughout the season, focused on key aspects of triathlon performance
- Opportunities to work with AusTriathlon accredited coaches and leading industry experts
- Interactions with elite athletes; including Q&A’s, race preparation tips, and more
- Travel camps to build national & international race experience
- Access to the SCODY shop for purchasing official AusTriathlon State Pathway Program apparel.

Target Talent Program
Our Target Talent Program (TTP) strives to provide athletes with unique development opportunities that support their progression towards the High Performance (HP) Pathway, while fostering a team atmosphere that promotes camaraderie, pride, and shared achievement.
What’s involved?
In addition to all SPP offerings, TTP athletes will receive exclusive access to:
- Targeted masterclasses led by top industry professionals
- Season-long progression analysis
- Priority access to SPP travel camps
