Performance
AusTriathlon Performance Program
AusTriathlon’s performance program is dedicated to nurturing our nation’s elite triathletes to reach their potential in representing Australia at Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Games.
The program is funded by the AIS and supported by the Australian Olympic Committee, Paralympics Australia, Commonwealth Games Australia and our National Institute Network partners to develop athletes for sustained long term international success.
Our performance program provides holistic athlete development and support to athletes who have potential to medal at the next two Olympic and Paralympic Games and perform across World Triathlon racing, Commonwealth Games and benchmark events (World Triathlon Championships, Olympic and Paralympic Games).
Athletes are identified through athlete categorisation and the National Talent Transfer Program to receive performance and coaching support, access to daily performance environments, camps and centres as well as competition and wellbeing support to thrive in both competition and life.
