OVERVIEWS AND OBJECTIVESOVERVIEWS AND OBJECTIVES:
The NSW Triathlon Ambassador Program is open for AusTriathlon / NSW Triathlon members who have an interest in supporting NSW Triathlon in promoting and providing positive exposure for NSW based triathlons, triathlon clubs and their programs in exchange for a range of incentives.
A NSW Triathlon ambassador assists the organisation promote and share NSW Triathlon contents, provides additional support at events by creating local event specific content and club content amongst their networks and social media platforms to improve the visibility of triathlon as a sport to the boarder community, with the holistic goal of promoting membership and attracting new members.
BENEFITS AND INCENTIVESBENEFITS AND INCENTIVES:
Successful applicants in the NSW Triathlon Ambassador program will receive the following benefits:
● FREE Standard membership for the 2024/2025 Membership year
● FREE entry to the 2024 NSW Club Championships
● Additional benefits and incentives through NSW Triathlon Partners.
● Exposure of personal profile on Triathlon NSW social media, website and e-newsletters
RESPONSIBILITIES OF AMBASSADORSRESPONSIBILITIES OF AMBASSADORS:
● Attend ambassador meetings (via technology) once every two months (bi-monthly)
● Share relevant and requested NSW Triathlon content to personal social media (expectation of minimum one per month)
● Feature in content designed to promote Triathlon NSW membership, events and programs.
● Adhere to the AusTriathlon Social Media Guidelines (CLICK HERE)

Note: Selection will be based on the responses provided in the google Form. NSW Triathlon is conscious of the importance of representing all demographics within the sport, so this will be a factor in the decision-making process.
The exact number of Ambassadors will depend on the quality of the applications.
