What an incredible weekend in Mooloolaba which played host to the Australian Aquabike Championships, part of the iconic Mooloolaba Triathlon.

After less-than-ideal conditions on Saturday, Aquabike athletes were greeted with slightly windy conditions and a cloudy start, but the weather soon cleared into a warm sunny day. Creating a fantastic atmosphere on course and along the foreshore. Despite the breeze competitors rose to the challenge and delivered some outstanding performances across the field.

New Australian champions were crowned, celebrating the hard work, dedication, and determination showed by athletes from around the country. A huge thank you to all our athletes, volunteers, race organisers and supporters who helped make the championships such a success.
