Team T-Rex impress in Race 1 of QLD Club Champs

Race 1 of the Pho3nix QLD Tri Series Club Championships is in the books and what a day it was with clubs from across the state heading down to Moreton Bay to compete.

With the sun shining and enthusiasm pumping, it was a fantastic morning of racing with club colours out in full force, camaraderie on show and hard work on full display.

Team T-Rex were once again the club to beat taking home top spot in the Large Club category while Carina Leagues Triathlon Club made a splash after jumping up from the Medium Club category into Large and securing equal third.

Be-Energetic Tri and Run Club impressed in the Small Club category with Multisport Gold and Starfish Tri Athletic Club also holding their own to take out second and third respectively. In fact, it was a successful day out for Starfish Tri who also secured top gong in the Junior Club category with Team T-Rex and Bayside Multisport rounding out second and third.

Congratulations to all the clubs who competed and podiumed across the small, medium, large and junior clubs.
