TEAM NSW STATE PATHWAY DEVELOPMENT SQUAD ANNOUNCED FOR SEASON 2025/26

NSW Triathlon is proud to announce the selection of our outstanding U23 and Junior athletes into the 2025/2026 NSW State Development Squad. These athletes have earned their place through exceptional performances, dedication to their craft, and a commitment to personal growth both on and off the race course.

We also take opportunity to congratulate and acknowledge those NSW athletes selected as Target Talent athletes (*).

The Development Squad is a cornerstone of the NSW Pathway Program, designed to nurture athletes aged 15–22 as they progress toward national and international competition. Through race camps, masterclasses, targeted education sessions, and the Billigence Pathway Series races, squad members will refine their skills in a supportive environment designed to help deliver performance, alongside building a continued love of the sport.

Athletes will proudly wear the NSW race suit, as they compete in the Billigence Pathway Series, Australian Junior Championship events, and World Triathlon Junior and U23 events. The program also offers unique opportunities for squad members to connect with peers, challenge themselves, and contribute to a team culture that celebrates resilience, camaraderie, and excellence.

We congratulate each athlete selected. We look forward to sharing these young athlete’s successes across the season.
